Help Investigate Housing Discrimination and Get Paid For It!
Fair Housing Advocates is looking to train new testers to help investigate housing discrimination complaints year round.

No experience necessary! All you need to have are:
Reliable transportation
Good observation skills and the ability to write clear, objective reports
Schedule flexibility and approximately 3-4 hours available for each investigation (weekdays and weekends options)
Testers are paid:
$60 per site test plus mileage and tolls.
$30 per phone tests
If you are interested in becoming a tester, you must submit an application, attend a 3-hour training and complete a practice test. You will receive a $25 stipend upon completion of a practice test.

This should not be considered a full-time or regular part-time employment. A trained tester can expect be called to work on an as-needed basis. Due to federal funding requirements, testers must not have any convictions for felonies or any crimes involving fraud or perjury in the last 7 years. Testers must not be employed in the housing industry.
