AB1185 Community Conversations THIS Week

Public Service Announcement for Marin County/Marin City Residents - Please read the flyer. 

I am on a workgroup that is collecting input for the Marin County Board of Supervisors on creating and implementing Oversight for the Marin County Sheriff’s Department. I got involved in this because I believe this is important.

YOU/We are the community.  OUR input matters. Use your voice.  There are currently three virtual meetings scheduled as part of the information gathering process.

Please prepare your thoughts/input. If you are unable to attend the virtual meetings, reflect on your lived experiences with the Sheriff’s department. Make suggestions on what you believe would be an effective structure/system to oversee the Sheriff department as it interaction with members of the community.
